Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Application to Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)

Several months ago, the U.S. Department of Labor with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services issued revised regulations on the FLSA application to Medicaid HCBS programs, including consumer self-directed programs.
