AHRQ Issues New Guide on Designing Consumer Health IT

November 8 AHRQ announcement. A new guide funded by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) “Designing Consumer Health IT. A Guide for Developers and Systems Designers” presents suggested recommendations for designers and developers of consumer health IT products. The guide presents results of an environmental scan and literature review; and expert interviews to improve consumer health IT design in order to increase effective use of consumer health IT.
