Primary Conditions
For purposes of the website, we have defined primary condition as a disabling condition that overall defines a specific type of disability, birth defect or medical condition. Examples of primary conditions are spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, etc.
As part of AAHD’s commitment to provide quality and valuable information on our website listed in the National Resource Center on Health Promotion and Wellness for People with Disabilities, this page has been created to easily link to information on our website.
Please highlight the primary condition for which you are seeking information. If you do not see the information you are hoping to identify, please type in OTHER or go to the Search Engine.
Send an email to contact@aahd.us if there is information on a primary condition that we have inadvertently missed.
