While caregiving is always challenging, it is even more difficult for rural caregivers because of factors such as geographical isolation, gaps in rural service delivery systems, and the unique needs of agricultural workers with disabilities. Rural Caregivers is designed to help bridge the information gap and assist in creating a web support community for rural caregivers by providing information on caregiver resource materials, organizations for caregivers, caregiver support, disability related organizations, sites on specific health concerns, consumer health information, caregiver information by state or region, accessibility and universal design, and assistive technology.
