Two coalitions that AAHD actively participates in – Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) and Habilitation Benefits Coalition – have issued a technical assistance guide for designing rehabilitation and habilitation services authorized as “essential health benefits” under the Affordable Care Act.
